Galatians 6:9
One of the biggest challenges and source of frustration in life, is not knowing how close or far you are from your blessings. We all know that God will supply all your needs, and that he will pour out a blessing beyond measure. But let’s admit it…it gets frustrating not knowing when or how close you are. At this point of frustration, most people give up. We give up…yet we are so close. This is why we are encouraged to NOT lean unto our own understanding and to trust the promises of God in His word. As time goes on…doubt, fear and worry will start to creep into our thoughts. There seems to be no shortage of that negativity. This is why we should surround ourselves with the right people. We should do things and study to remind ourselves of His promises. These are the habits of the victorious. That bad situation…that negative relationship…financial struggles…can and will change to the positive…in your favor. You just have to keep going and never give up. God’s promise is true…and HE is faithful. Start off your new year with renewed faith, hope and optimism. You will never know how close you are…until you are on the other side of victory.
I heard someone say this recently and it’s a good thing to remember, and I will paraphrase…”When you feel like giving up the most, that’s when the enemy has given his best shot. If this one doesn’t get you…you win.”
So…stay strong.
