Another lesson on Faith
One of the more challenging parts of Faith in Action is putting ourselves out there or positioning ourselves for a blessing. We can ask, and we can claim all day. But, if we don’t step outside our comfort zone…blessings are harder to receive.
In this scripture, a man went through great lengths to be healed from a life long disease. While…most of us won’t even confront the thing that we are asking for because of fear of rejection or embarrassment.
We won’t do the extra work required, make the extra phone call, write the extra email, schedule and show up at the extra meeting, spend an extra hour at the gym, go to that interview, apply for that position, start that new business, etc.. Seeds don’t grow in the package. You have to at least plant it in the soil…no matter how much we “ask” for it to grow.
